DEVELOPMENT AND CAREER GROWTH PROGRAMMES
SAVVIS has comprehensive learning and development programmes. Our Performance Appraisal System sets and evaluates individual objectives for employees on an annual basis and measures them against our core business competencies. Development plans are also produced as part of this process and ownership very much placed on the individual with the full support of the company.
Training is divided into two categories: job specific training and career development training. All training required to successfully undertake your daily job forms part of our annual training plan; training outside this, such as professional development qualifications or MBA’s, can be supported by the company through the Education Assistance Programme.

SAVVIS invests significantly in its people through offering competitive benefits, career development and awards for high achievers.
Your salary package will be made up of base pay and either variable pay or bonus. Base pay is your salary based on your position, skill set and experience. Variable pay is linked to commission for achieving sales targets. The incentive bonus plan is based on two factors: individual performance and company performance. Individual performance will be assessed against accomplishment of position objectives, business competencies and defined yearly goals written by the manager and discussed with the employee. Company performance is based on our EBITDA and revenue growth. Additional compensation can be given in the form of spot awards and attendance at the Presidents Club for over-achieving and recognition gained from customer feedback
